I've been going here for about 10 years, but the organization is very disappointing, although they seem to have a new system in place which is vastly improved. They only offer primary care, women's care, a pharmacy, and dental (basic emergencies for adults but more comprehensive care for children. The pharmacy is quite competitive in their pricing. They offer share of cost pricing for those uninsured or under insured, paperwork dependant. I don't make alot, and am uninsured and most of my copays are $20 a visit. Overall, if you are in reasonable health this is a good place for you. They do take quite a few Medicare insurances too.

I have been a client of this clinic since I was a little girl and they were located on 22nd Avenue South. I have experienced the growth, I am now 43, and very pleased with the services I received. I get smiles from the front door to the exam room to the bathroom. It seems as if most staff are content and truly pleased with their job.

Dr Joy was the absolute worst. She rushed through my appt. She didn't even ask me any questions and I went in to see her for chest pain. She gave me zero answers zero tests and zero plans. I left feeling like I had wasted my time and money. It was very depressing. She is a gaslighter and does not care at all about her patients. Seek another profession, Joy. If I could give zero stars I would.

A complete nightmare for those possible new patients looking to see a specialist. My primary care Dr sent me to see a Neuromuscular specialist, and my insurance said, they are the one on my network. Their rules " IF YOU ARE NOT A REGULAR PATIENT WITH OUR PRYMARY CARE DRS. WE CAN NOT SEE YOU". Do not insist, they are not going to see you. Customer service, was average, I waited over 30 minutes for a human being to take my call. What is worst, my insurance is very expensive, I paid it every month, it is automatically taken from my paychecks so I don't know what is worst, the insurance, this place's rules or my condition. The only one left suffering is the patient because no even with money you can have a good service in here. We are becoming 3r world country . I live 1 1/2 hour away to this place, my primary care Dr., I rather have it close to me. This situation is messed up.

Horrible! If I could give negative stars, I would. Inattentive, lack of urgency, rude and horribly disorganized. You have to wait over an hour to talk to someone on the phone and I’m in the waiting room for 40 minutes and they haven’t checked me in yet and made me miss my appointment and they’re so slow dealing with people at the front desk. They also take weeks for referrals and are notoriously known at other doctors for not getting insurance authorized. Now they just called over another lady in front of me who got here after me after I got upset they’re ignoring me. If you care about your health and sanity, stay away! We will be finding a new dr after this. Worse drs office ever. A new name change and branding campaign doesn’t hide the fact that the service is horrible.
